Troubleshooting

Resolve common issues with Cordito using the recommended browser and device steps below.

Tip: Try steps in order and re-test Cordito after each. Most issues fix within the first 2–3 steps.

Browser Issues

  1. Use the latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.Check your version
  2. Clear cache & cookies:
    Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images & Cookies
  3. Disable extensions (especially ad blockers) and retry.
    How to quickly test
    Open a Private/Incognito window (extensions usually disabled) and log in to Cordito.
  4. Try an Incognito/Private window to rule out profile conflicts.

Login & Session Issues

  1. Double-check your credentials or use Forgot Password.
  2. Ensure cookies and local storage are enabled.
  3. Clear site-specific data:
    Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies → See All Cookies → Search “cordito”
  4. If using a VPN/firewall, temporarily disable it and retry.
Heads-up: Corporate networks may block some auth endpoints. If issues persist, try a mobile hotspot.

Device Compatibility

  • Cordito works best on desktop/laptop browsers. Mobile browsers may have limited features.
  • Avoid embedded in-app browsers (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Verify your device’s date/time & timezone—incorrect clocks can break authentication.

Advanced

Try another profile/user account in your OS browser. Profiles can have conflicting settings or corrupted caches.

Test another network (home vs. office vs. hotspot). Some ISPs or proxies may filter SSO or realtime traffic.

If you use strict tracking protection, allowlist cordito.com and cordcorporates.com.
