📦 Why Bulk Candidate Slots?
Bulk slots help organisations onboard candidates efficiently while retaining administrative control. These accounts access internal-only challenges, jobs, internships, and learning tools.
📊 Slot Usage Overview
🎯 Benefits by Org Type
👩💼 Candidate Slots
A candidate slot is an account your organisation can create for a student, intern, or job-seeker. It’s scoped to your org and controlled by your policies.
- Register candidates with name, email, phone, and password.
- Accounts are org-controlled by default with no external access.
- Choose between org-paid or self-paid registrations.
🔐 Org-Scoped Access
Candidates created with bulk slots have access limited to your organisation's ecosystem:
- Visible only to internal challenges, hackathons, or Innovista events.
- No access to public directories or external events.
- All data is private, secure, and org-exclusive.
🎓 Benefits by Organisation
- Track progress across courses, jobs, internships, and innovation.
- Assign mentors, proctors, or professors as role controllers.
- View analytics and control access by organisation roles.
- Minimise manual effort and streamline onboarding.
